49歲的韓星金鍾國是著名黃金單身漢，18日在錄製綜藝《Running Man》的現場，無預警宣布即將成為人夫，同時他也在官方後援會上傳親筆信，向粉絲證實婚訊：「我要結婚了！」
金鍾國透露這段期間以來有「慢慢地」曝光結婚的消息，婚禮會在不久之後舉行非公開形式的婚禮，僅邀請家人以及親近的友人。
金鍾國出道多年來鮮少緋聞，最著名的一段就是當年在韓綜《X-MAN》時期與尹恩惠若有似無的曖昧，更成為經典的綜藝哏，近年則是在2018年起頻頻被傳有「LA女友」。
好友車太賢曾在綜藝裡調侃他「經常飛美國」，甚至連友人柳演錫都曾暗示過他的「美國女友」，甚至有《Running Man》的觀眾曾爆料，在LA偶遇金鍾國與一名「韓裔風格的女性」喝咖啡。
如今婚訊公開後，網友們紛紛化身鍵盤柯南，準新娘疑似是38歲LA出身的化妝品公司CEO，至於真相是否真的如此，金鍾國經紀公司僅稱女方是圈外人士，「除了金鍾國本人公開的內容外，其餘無可奉告。」
